Service Description

This course runs every Tuesday at 5pm UK time on zoom except in holiday times. You can pay £6 for one session and be refunded if it is not for you. You can continue paying for each session at £6 or make a block booking for less. Sensible shoes and loose clothing are essential. It is all standing.
