Jane Cooksey has been practicing Qigong for nearly 20 years and teaching it for nearly 10.  “Try a session and see if it works for you and if it does not, don’t stay. The benefits of chi gung are often experienced in one session and added to at each following session.  By focusing in your body, being truly present and aware of how you are, your outcome is building a body more able to heal itself and an inner realisation of your potential to bloom as best you can.
