Jane Cooksey has been practicing Qigong for over 10 years and teaching it for over 5 years. QigongCooksey was set up to widen and add to existing classes.

Many pupils feel the benefits of Qigong in only one session. It does not suit everyone so why not try one session and see how it works for you and whether the body feels more flexible and relaxed at the end of the session as well as whether your energy level has been raised.
